Oi. Hi. Hola. Ciao. こんにちは. 안녕하세요. Bonjour. Hallo.

I started my career at age 14. Going against the advice of my mother and grandmother, I freelanced as a reviewer for gaming magazines. Since then, I have been combining my passion for pixels and deadlines to become one of the industry storytellers leaders.

I began my advertising career in Brazil at Y&R. After a couple of years, I went to work at Almap BBDO, which, at the time, was regarded as Brazil’s most creative agency. While there, I helped the agency create its interactive department. Under my creative direction, the agency set a new level of achievement winning numerous awards including a Grand Prix at the London International Awards and dozens of others awards including gold Lions (Cannes) and gold Pencils (One Show).

After almost a decade at BBDO Brazil, I moved to Canada as a creative director for Blast Radius, working for Nike, MINI and BMW Canada. After two brutal winters up north, it was time to head south. In San Francisco, at TBWA\Chiat\Day San Francisco - Cutwater and I had the pleasure and honor work with brands such as Ubisoft, Ray Ban, The Walt Disney, Nvidia.

In 2010 my family and I packed our bags and moved to Paris, France to lead all global communication efforts for Louis Vuitton. My team and I were credited for extending and adding an experiential story-telling component to the celebrities campaign, which came to life during the 2010 World Cup with the work done around Pele, Zidane and Maradona.

After an incredible European experience and, pretty much eating all the steak tar-tar I could find, it was time to come back to my adopted home: USA. At The Martin Agency I led its digital renaissance creating award winning work for GEICO, BF Goodrich, Mentos, Walmart and the JFK Library Museum.

At TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles, I was the global creative maestro for Adidas’s World Cup campaign. From Visual Identity and Retail Design to Experiences and Anthem films, the collective work has been the most successful - brand and sales - Adidas’ soccer campaign to date. If I add up my time at TBWA San Francisco, I was proud pirate for about 8 years and in addition to Adidas, while in LA I worked on Netflix, Disney, Miller Lite, Nissan and The Grammy’s. Our collective body of work was recognized at the D&AD, Cannes, The One Show, including a Grand Prix at Clios.

Most recently I was honored to have been handpicked to lead all-global creative efforts for Toyota. Since 2016 I have been working in all possible timezones to make sure Toyota’s commitment to the Olympic and Paralympic movements are translated on the highest level of craftsmanship, brand purpose and support of Toyota’s ambition to evolve from a car company to a mobility company.

When comes to awards, despite winning multiple Grand Prix, Gold, Silver and Bronzes at the industry usual suspects - Cannes Awards, The One Show, D&AD, Clio Awards etc, I’m most proud of the long-lasting relationships with my teams around the world, friends who turned clients and clients who became dear friends. And the biggest award of all: a wonderful wife and two kids.
